Ajanta Pharma marked a significant milestone in its digital transformation journey with the successful launch of Ajanta AI Academy, a first-of-its-kind initiative designed to help healthcare professionals confidently adopt Artificial Intelligence in clinical practice, medical education, and scientific communication.
The launch witnessed an overwhelming response, with over 8,000 doctors from across specialties participating in the inaugural AI Primer Webinar – AI in Medical Practice: The Next Frontier. The exceptional participation reflects the growing interest among healthcare professionals in leveraging AI responsibly and effectively.
The webinar featured Dr. Amit Kumar Dey, Founder Chair – Doctors AI, as the Chief Speaker, who shared valuable insights into the evolving role of AI in modern medicine. The session was further enriched by an esteemed multidisciplinary panel comprising Dr. Ashish Ahuja (Ophthalmology), Dr. Sargam Soni (Gynecology), Dr. Siddharth Bhatt (Dermatology), and Dr. OM J. Lakhani (Endocrinology), who discussed practical applications, opportunities, and ethical considerations surrounding AI adoption in healthcare.
Ajanta AI Academy is envisioned as a long-term learning ecosystem that will offer webinars, workshops, curated resources, AI updates, prompt engineering tips, and practical tools to help doctors embrace AI with confidence and responsibility.
This landmark initiative was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Creative Innovative Task Force (CITF), cross-functional Head Office teams, and the dedicated field sales force across the country.
