This recognition celebrates Ajanta Pharma’s large-scale public health awareness campaign conducted from May 5, 2024 to February 8, 2025, during which the company organised an extraordinary 4,209 heart rate and blood pressure screening camps across the country over a sustained period of 279 days.
The achievement was formally recognised today, March 28, 2025, at a special felicitation ceremony commemorating this landmark accomplishment. Speaking on the occasion, Ajanta Pharma expressed pride in this achievement as a reflection of its commitment to strengthening healthcare awareness and enabling preventive health practices among communities.
This recognition underscores Ajanta Pharma’s continued efforts to create meaningful impact through sustained public health initiatives that encourage awareness, timely screening, and proactive health management.
As part of this extensive initiative, a total of 52,029 individuals were screened for heart rate and blood pressure, reinforcing the importance of regular monitoring and early detection of hypertension.
