Abstract: 

This multi-center compilation of real-world patient case studies on Urea 40% (Aqurea HF Cream Gel) highlights its clinical utility across a wide spectrum of hyperkeratotic, inflammatory, and treatment-resistant dermatological conditions. Evaluated by dermatologists across India, Urea 40% demonstrated consistent efficacy in palmoplantar keratoderma, plantar psoriasis, plaque psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, plantar warts, hyperkeratotic eczema, fissured feet, onychogryphosis, and keloids. Across all documented cases, Urea 40% delivered rapid improvement in hyperkeratosis, scaling, fissuring, pain, and pruritus, with several conditions showing complete clearance within 2–12 weeks. When used adjunctively with corticosteroids or occlusive therapy, outcomes improved further, particularly in chronic or recalcitrant lesions. Importantly, Urea 40% demonstrated excellent tolerability, with no adverse effects reported across all patient observations. These findings reinforce Urea 40% as a safe, effective keratolytic and humectant, offering substantial therapeutic benefit in managing hyperkeratotic dermatoses and enhancing treatment outcomes in routine dermatology practice.
