Pratiksha Pandagale

Pratiksha Pandagale is a Medical Affairs professional with a Master of Pharmacy in Pharmacology from the University of Mumbai. She currently serves as Sr. Executive – Medical Affairs at Ajanta Pharma, with experience in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs, scientific communication, medical education, product-related activities, publications, and scientific support to brands. She also has experience in activities including product launches, scientific support to brands, medical training, new product ideation, regulatory submissions, CME support, PDE determination, and publications. Her professional experience includes working on scientific and medical initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas, including respiratory, diabetology, nephrology, ophthalmology, neurology, and dental specialties.

Pratiksha has professional experience in Medical Affairs activities including scientific and medical support to pharmaceutical brands, product launch support, medical training, new product ideation, regulatory submissions, CME support, publications, and evidence-based scientific communication. Currently she is involved in Medical Affairs activities for the Dental & Nephrology therapeutic areas, including scientific content development, medical education initiatives, scientific presentations, and engagement with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders. She has also been involved in scientific communication and educational activities through webinars and digital medical education initiatives.

She has a strong academic background in Pharmacology and has contributed to scientific literature, with six review articles/book chapters published in 2023. Her academic and professional interests include pharmacology, scientific literature evaluation, medical education, evidence-based communication, and pharmaceutical Medical Affairs.
