Mumbai, India: Ajanta Pharma Limited has been recognised by the India Book of Records for achieving the ‘Most Heart Rate and Blood Pressure Screening Camps Conducted for the Longest Duration’, marking a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing commitment to healthcare awareness and early diagnosis initiatives.
This recognition celebrates Ajanta Pharma’s large-scale public health awareness campaign conducted from May 5, 2024 to February 8, 2025, during which the company organised an extraordinary 4,209 heart rate and blood pressure screening camps across the country over a sustained period of 279 days.
As part of this extensive initiative, a total of 52,029 individuals were screened for heart rate and blood pressure, reinforcing the importance of regular monitoring and early detection of hypertension.
The achievement was formally recognised today, March 28, 2025, at a special felicitation ceremony commemorating this landmark accomplishment.
